Please note that a vehicle wrap is not paint, and while we strive for precision and excellence in every installation, minor visual imperfections are inevitable. Some lifting—even on flat areas—may occur over time. Wrapping vinyl around deep grooves, complex curves, rivets, or recessed areas can sometimes result in slight bubbling, lifting, or tenting of the material. These characteristics are a natural part of the wrap process and do not affect the performance or advertising impact of the installation.
We utilize strategic seams and professional techniques to minimize these effects as much as possible.
All wraps installed by 660 Grafix & Wraps are covered under our Limited Lifetime Warranty, defined as up to 5 years from the date of installation. This warranty covers workmanship and installation-related issues such as major lifting, bubbling, or premature adhesive failure that significantly impacts the wrap’s effectiveness—provided the material was applied to OEM paint in good condition.
Covered Issues Include (if they occur within the 5-year wrap lifespan):
Premature failure such as cracking, crazing, blistering, or loss of adhesion
Major lifting or bubbling not caused by environmental factors or misuse
Please note: Vinyl applied over severe creases, extreme recesses, or heavily curved areas may experience natural tension that causes limited lifting or tenting—this is expected and not considered a defect.
Minor edge lifting, gloss reduction, color fading, chalking, or surface “tenting” around rivets may occur over time and are considered normal wear. These changes do not constitute a breach of warranty.
In the event of a claim, we require written notice within 14 days of noticing any material failure. Submit all claims via email and include:
A copy of the original invoice
The vehicle’s VIN number
Photos of the affected area(s)
Warranty coverage will be determined after full inspection with the customer present, and all repair or replacement decisions are made at the sole discretion of 660 Grafix & Wraps. If the claim is approved, the affected vinyl will be removed and reinstalled. While we aim to match image alignment and color, slight variations may occur.
Transportation of the vehicle to and from our facility for any warranty-related service is the responsibility of the customer.
This warranty does not apply to wraps installed by any party other than 660 Grafix & Wraps, or to wraps that have been:
Subjected to accidents, neglect, misuse, or abuse
Affected by vandalism, chemicals, or environmental exposure
Damaged by high-pressure or heated washing
Applied to glass (we are not liable for any breakage due to film-related thermal stress)
Natural disasters such as fire, flooding, earthquakes, and lightning are also not covered under this warranty.
Replacement graphics are covered only for the remaining duration of the original warranty period.
Wraps printed and installed with Avery Dennison or 3M Graphic Solutions are guaranteed by the manufacturer to not crack, fade, or peel for:
Up to 5 years on vertical surfaces
Up to 2 years on horizontal surfaces (e.g. hoods, roofs)
Wait 1–2 weeks after installation before washing
Hand washing is recommended using non-abrasive soap and a soft sponge
If using an automatic wash, ensure it is touchless / brushless
Avoid pressure washing, especially near edges or seams
Clean bird droppings, tree sap, and gasoline spills immediately to prevent damage
For spot cleaning, use isopropyl alcohol and rinse with cool water
Do NOT use:
Solvents
Oil-based or engine de greasers

If your wrap appears yellowed, cracked, or heavily faded—especially on horizontal surfaces after 2 years—the material may be at the end of its usable life and should be replaced
